Meet The Owner
Sheila Gabrielsen is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher that is truly dedicated to her client’s health and well being and is also a Reiki Research Professional, having participated in a Harvard Reiki Research Study. Sheila was introduced to Reiki while going through cancer treatment and was shocked by how much her pain had subsided and how drastically the side effects from chemotherapy treatments were reduced! She felt like she had found her calling and has been volunteering her services to cancer patients in hospitals and in their homes since her Certification.
Sheila is extremely proud of our military and has many family members who serve or have served over 25 years. She started a Reiki Relief Program for War Veterans where Veterans who are experiencing PTSD or having a difficult time transitioning back into civilian life can experience Reiki free of charge.

REIKI
Reiki treatments are given by a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner. An explanation of what will take place before a treatment is given and any questions will be answered. During a Reiki treatment clients remain fully clothed and have a unique experience. Some express feeling a wave of love and relaxation wash over them. Others see colors or feel warmth or vibration radiating from the practitioners hands. Extremely stressed clients may cry (which is proven to excrete stress hormones from the body) as emotions come to the surface unexpectedly. They may want to express these feelings and can do so safely with our exceptional confidentiality. Most clients simply fall asleep and awaken relaxed, refreshed and free of physical pain and emotional stress. They express feeling as if a weight has been lifted from them after a Reiki treatment and immediately want to make another appointment.
Reiki is proving to be very beneficial in improving patient care and is being used in Hospitals across the country in pre-op to alleviate stress and post-op surgeries to accelerate recovery. Emergency Rooms offer Reiki to reduce pain and anxiety in abuse and trauma patients. Reiki is also used in Cancer Hospitals to combat the pain and side effects of Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments.
LIFE COACHING
We also offer Life Coaching services provided by a Certified Professional Life Coach. Life Coaching is a positive way to help clients reconnect with their core values and beliefs. It is extremely beneficial in identifying important changes that need to take place, strategically planning, and applying those changes effectively for positive results. Clients find it helpful when trying to move on after a divorce, a loss of a loved one, a trauma or in conjunction with AA to help clients regain a healthy lifestyle.
